1.) The reservations
deposit of (£250 UK Sterling) ($350 US Dollars) is payable with the completed Booking Form. The FULL
BALANCE is payable no later than 10 weeks prior to arrival at the
property.
2.) Failure to pay the balance by
the due date will render the booking void with loss of deposit.
3.) If for any reason the client cancels the booking
the following charges will apply: More than 70 days prior to arrival
date - deposit only. Less than 70 days prior to arrival date - full
booking costs. All cancellations must be made in writing by signatory
on the received form.
4.) We would
strongly advise all our clients to take out adequate insurance to cover
the cost in event of any unforeseen circumstances.
5.) Force Majeure - The
owners or their representatives can accept no responsibility whatsoever
and therefore no compensation can be made if any cancellation becomes
necessary due to war or threat of war, riots, civil commotion, terrorist
activities, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, flood,
fire, adverse weather conditions, technical problems, delays or
cancellations of transport or any other events beyond our
control.
6.) The owners or their
representatives cannot accept liability for any personal injury, death or
loss of personal belongings within the named property (adults are
specifically requested never to allow children unsupervised around the
pool, kitchen or any electrical equipment).
7.) The Company reserves the right to enter the
premises at any reasonable time to inspect premises or to carry out
repairs. (If such repairs are necessary all reasonable measures will be
taken not to inconvenience or trouble the rentee). UNAVOIDABLE CHANGES. The Company reserves the right to cancel this
booking if such repairs or work is to be carried out in this rental period
if it is in the interest of Health & Safety of the public. In this
event the Company will return all sums (but without interest or
compensation) or at the option of the clients and subject to availability
will offer alternative premises of comparison standard. The Company will
inform the client as soon as possible.
8.)
Complaints or problems should be reported to the owner's representatives
immediately. (Details are enclosed in the information pack to be found on
arrival at the property).
9.) The property
will be available for occupation from 4:00pm on the first day of rental
period and must be vacated by 10:00am on day of departure.
10.) It is a condition of any booking that you are
responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during your
stay, and that you agree to pay for any such damage. On arrival at
management's office the renter will be expected to produce valid credit
card number and some form of identification for security before keys will
be released.
11.) SUBLETTING. The
accommodation is reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking
form and no other persons whatsoever are permitted to stay there unless
this has been agreed with the owners in advance. The US management company
may evict or request to leave, any persons not authorised to stay in the
property.
12.) Any persons in the party who
have caused / are causing damage, distress, danger, annoyance, nuisance or
disturbance to any neighbours or other residents in the vicinity are
liable to be asked to leave or be evicted. Such action will not entitle
the client or any of their party to a refund of any monies.
13.) PLEASE NOTE. This contract covers accommodation
only. It does not cover flights, insurance, car-hire, theme park
tickets, show tickets or food.
THIS CONTRACT IS
GOVERNED BY AND SHALL BE INTERPRETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ENGLISH
LAW.
